Kǔ qiáo chá (苦荞茶) is a toasted tartary-buckwheat infusion, caffeine-free, warm and nutty, naturally rich in rutin. Not from the Camellia sinensis plant — a category of its own within “flowers and dry”. Ingredients: Roasted tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) Single-origin tea in a 100 g tin.
