Lìzhī Wūlóng is a modern flavoured oolong: a partially oxidised tea base — usually Minnan or Taiwanese — scented with lychee. Lighter and more floral than the red-tea version, it pours a clear golden-amber liquor with a sweet, fruity aroma. Lovely hot in gongfu infusions or cold-brewed on a hot day.
